Skinny
Leading the overhaul of the Skinny app, I improved the usability and refined the design. By analysing data from the old app, I discovered architectural issues and customer pain points. This helped inform the design and experiential concepts that I brought into the new app. Some of the key changes included moving workflows to a global menu so Skinny customers could access their favourite features. And redesigning the dashboard to give customers a clearer snapshot of their account and usage. The new Skinny app is much easier to use, has clearer buy journeys, and a more elegant design. • Art direction • User experience strategy and design • User interface design • User testing
